Karen Sanders, M.S., Senior Customer Service Manager
Karen is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of SMARTHINKING's customer service team to ensure customer and tutor satisfaction and retention. She has nine years of customer service experience in a web environment and extensive experience in managing liaisons with business partners to incorporate the voice of the customer into products and support processes.
Karen comes to SMARTHINKING from Applied Biosystems where she developed, implemented and maintained global business processes in support of a new e-commerce infrastructure and user interface while managing a team of customer-facing e-commerce support analysts.
Karen received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Scranton and a M.S. in Genetics from The George Washington University.
